Overview:
Perform preliminary assessments of vehicles to help determine a fair cash offer, focusing on condition, mileage, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify submitted car information (registration, VIN, etc.).
- Communicate with customers to gather detailed insights on vehicle history and condition.
- Research market values and monitor pricing trends to maintain competitive, accurate offers.
- Collaborate with the underwriting or offers team to finalize and deliver estimates.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics, models, and typical wear-and-tear patterns.
- Experience in vehicle appraisal, auto sales, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Ability to handle multiple evaluations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
