Lien & Title Specialist

Overview:
Manage all aspects of lien and title work, ensuring the smooth transfer of ownership and handling communications with lenders or banks as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with lien holders (credit unions, banks) to clarify outstanding balances and obtain pay-off information.
• Prepare and process title documents in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Track each case’s progress, ensuring timely resolution and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to keep customers informed of any title or lien-related updates.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience handling vehicle titles, liens, or related documentation (DMV or dealership experience preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with various state regulations around vehicle titling and liens.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
