Customer Service Specialist
Overview:
Serve as the front line for customer inquiries, guiding individuals through the vehicle surrender process while showing compassion and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing information on how to submit car details and verify documentation.
- Offer personalized support, ensuring each customer feels heard and understood.
- Track and maintain customer interactions using CRM tools, keeping a detailed record of all conversations.
- Resolve basic issues or escalate complex situations to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in finance, auto, or related sectors).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-stress conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic office technology.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
