Operations Coordinator

Overview:
Oversee day-to-day logistics, from scheduling vehicle pick-ups/drop-offs to ensuring all paperwork is properly recorded and stored.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers, tow services, and drop-off points to schedule safe exchanges.
  • Maintain a calendar of appointments and handle any last-minute changes or issues.
  • Ensure all documents (Bill of Sale, agreements) are in order prior to each meet-up.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of all transactions and reporting activities to management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or other project management tools.
  • Keen sense of time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
